This Site is operated by Portland Community College Distance Education Department and materials on the Site are owned, for the most part, by Serenity Lane ("Owner"). The survey component is owned by Workdrugfree. The Site and all Content was created as a joint project with Serenity Lane (Jerry Gjesvold), Workdrugfree, Portland Community College Small Business Development Centers and Portland Community College Distance Education.

Individual registration information submitted by of this web site will not be provided to any third party and information relating to use of the site will be published by us in aggregated, statistical fashion only. General
The Site collects personal information when you register. When you register
we ask for information such as your name, email address, mail address, and
where and when you attended Jerry Gsjevold's live seminar. Once you register
with the Site and login, you are not anonymous to us.
The Site automatically receives and records information on our server logs
from your browser, including your IP address, Site-placed cookie information,
and the page you request.
The Site uses information for the following general purposes: to fulfill your
requests for additional services, improve our services, contact you, conduct
research, and provide anonymous reporting for internal clients.
Information Sharing and Disclosure
The Owner does not rent, sell, or share personal information
about you with other people or nonaffiliated entities except
to provide services you've requested, when we have your
permission, or to respond
to subpoenas, court orders, or legal process, or to establish
